These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of web3compliance.ai, its pages, data downloads, API and MCP server (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Savy Advisors LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What the Site provides
The Site publishes research on how crypto and digital-asset activity is regulated around the world: jurisdiction profiles, topic articles, regulatory frameworks, licensing registries, enforcement and timeline data, and tools that compare or summarize that research. Much of the research is gathered and drafted with AI systems from public sources, graded for evidence, and labeled with its sources and limitations. See Methodology for how it is produced.
2. Not legal, tax or financial advice
Everything on the Site is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice, and using the Site does not create a lawyer-client or advisory relationship. Regulations change and our research can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Before acting, check the primary sources we cite and consult a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction. See the Disclaimer.
3. Acceptable use
You may read, cite and link to the Site. You agree not to: disrupt or overload the Site or its API (including by ignoring rate limits); attempt to access non-public areas; submit false, abusive or unlawful content through our forms; or present our research as your own professional advice to others. Automated access must respect robots.txt and any published API limits.
4. Content and intellectual property
The Site's design, text, compiled data and code are owned by Savy Advisors LLC or its licensors. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page. Laws, regulations and official documents we cite belong to their respective publishers. Corrections and other submissions you send us may be used to improve the Site; you keep ownership of what you submit.
5. Advertising and affiliate links
The Site is supported by advertising served by Google AdSense, and some pages may contain affiliate links for which we may earn a commission. Ads are labeled by Google; affiliate links are labeled as affiliate links. Neither affects how jurisdictions, regulations or providers are described. Our Privacy Policy explains the cookies these services use.
6. Third-party sites
The Site links to regulators, registries, publications and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savy Advisors LLC and its members, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on the Site.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savy Advisors LLC from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be attempted in good faith by email; any that remain will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
10. Changes and contact
